Meet Toby
Toby is a Golden Shaded British Shorthair boy who likes to be near people and is ready to play when a toy appears. He is one of the more active kittens in his litter, especially in chasing games with his littermates, yet he settles after play. He comes over when we enter, accepts being picked up, and has a particular enthusiasm for mealtimes.
Toby’s Move from Ottawa
Toby travelled with us from Ottawa to Brantford. He was gentle and quiet during the trip, staying calm in his carrier. At the new home, he settled quickly and returned to eating, playing, and sleeping well. His appetite is still easy to notice. When he wants food, he looks up with his big eyes and may touch us with a paw. Once playtime begins, he is just as eager to chase a ball or teaser wand with his littermates.
Personality
Toby comes toward us readily, focuses on chasing games, and makes his interest in food easy to see.

Appearance
Toby has a round, full face with a broad forehead and a well developed muzzle. His large round green eyes are bright. His ears are small to medium in size and sit in balance with his head. He has a strong body, a broad chest, and medium sized paws.
Coat & Color
Toby’s short, dense coat has a crisp texture and a rich, warm golden color with mild black tipping.
