Sybil – Golden British Longhair

Queen – Sybil

Breed: British Longhair
Color: Golden Shaded (NY11)

Sybil is a lovely and affectionate British Longhair who is both strong and adorable. With her gorgeous, fluffy long hair, she often looks like a little yarn ball. One of the most captivating features of Sybil is her large, deep green eyes, which truly stand out on her face. She loves being cuddled and petted, though she doesn’t enjoy having her paws touched. When it’s time to trim her nails, we use special techniques to distract her and get the job done quickly.
All of Sybil’s kittens inherit her stunning beauty. Creamy is sweet and strong, with fluffy fur just like his mom. Furball, Tubby, and Gouda have inherited Sybil’s gentle sweetness. Bacca is a wonderful combination of both her father Teddy’s and mother Sybil’s beauty, along with their excellent personalities. We adore Sybil—she’s not only a great companion but also takes care of her kittens with such love and professionalism.

Retired Queens

Important Things to Know Before Adoption

Please be aware that our retired queens are no longer kittens. They joined us as adults and, like all grown cats, they come with their own personalities, preferences, and minor quirks. These special girls deserve loving homes that are patient and understanding.

Sybil is a friendly and well-mannered cat. She gets along with humans and other cats but likes to maintain a bit of personal space.
• She doesn’t like having her nails trimmed while awake. The only time she allows it is when she’s fast asleep. Trying to trim her nails when she’s awake may result in scratches, not because she wants to hurt you, but because she panics. She’s not aggressive by nature, just sensitive.
• To help manage her nails, it’s important to provide her with scratching pads or posts.
• Trimming her nails requires patience. Sometimes, you may only be able to clip one nail before she wakes up.
• Sybil also has a strong sense of independence. She may need extra time to settle into a new environment, so be sure you’re comfortable with a cat who values her own space.

We kindly ask that all adopters ensure they can provide a warm, safe, and loving environment where our retired queens can truly thrive, just as we have done for them. These girls deserve comfort, stability, and plenty of affection as they transition into the next chapter of their lives. Building a strong bond with them may take time, so patience and understanding are essential. We warmly welcome individuals and families who genuinely appreciate and respect a cat’s unique personality and lifestyle to adopt and share their hearts with our beloved cats.
