Retired Queens
Please be aware that our retired queens are no longer kittens. They joined us as adults and, like all grown cats, they come with their own personalities, preferences, and minor quirks. These special girls deserve loving homes that are patient and understanding.
Anna is a gentle and affectionate girl who enjoys human attention and companionship. She may be a little shy when settling into a new environment, but once she feels safe and comfortable, she’ll come over for soft rubs and cuddles—especially when she’s in a cozy mood.
1. Only-Pet Recommendation: We recommend Anna be the only pet in the household so she can receive all the love and attention she truly deserves.
2. Gentle and Polite: She’s okay with being held for a while and will gently let you know when she’s ready to be put down.
3. Food Lover: Anna is extremely food-motivated. Offer her a treat, and she’ll immediately see you as her best friend! That said, she’s respectful and doesn’t try to steal food from your plate or cabinets.
4. Easy to Groom: She’s generally cooperative with regular grooming, including nail trimming and teeth cleaning, which helps her stay healthy and happy.
5. Cosmetic Scar: Anna has a small scar on one ear from a playful tussle with her siblings before she joined us. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect her health or beauty.
6. Needs a Gentle Approach: Anna prefers calm, respectful interaction. She may give a quiet hiss to ask for space, but she’s never aggressive and has never attacked anyone. Like many cats, she needs a little time to adjust in a new home—once settled, she’ll become a calm, loyal, and affectionate companion.
We kindly ask that all adopters ensure they can provide a warm, safe, and loving environment where our retired queens can truly thrive, just as we have done for them. These girls deserve comfort, stability, and plenty of affection as they transition into the next chapter of their lives. Building a strong bond with them may take time, so patience and understanding are essential. We warmly welcome individuals and families who genuinely appreciate and respect a cat’s unique personality and lifestyle to adopt and share their hearts with our beloved cats.
