Feline Panleukopenia

If your cat is diagnosed with Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) within one year after the final shot of FVRCCP. In that case, we will refund the purchase price or replace the cat with another of similar quality (excluding shipping costs). A diagnostic report is required.

Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)

If your cat is diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) within 30 days of arrival, you shall inform us the first time. You may either return the cat to us for free treatment or request that we send the necessary medication at no cost (excluding shipping fees). If the cat dies during treatment, we will either refund the purchase price or replace the cat with another of similar quality (excluding shipping costs).
If the cat is diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) at any point in its life after 30 days of arrival. In that case, you shall inform the Breeder the first time. You may either return the cat to us for free treatment or request that we send the necessary medication at no cost (excluding shipping fees).

Genetic Diseases

If your cat is diagnosed with any of the three genetic diseases that can be detected in British Shorthair cats (Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Polycystic Kidney Disease, Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome) at any time. In that case, we will refund the purchase price or replace the cat with another of similar quality (excluding shipping costs).

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)

In the unfortunate event of your kitten’s death within one year of arrival due to a confirmed diagnosis of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), we will provide a replacement kitten of similar quality (excluding shipping costs).

Other Health Issues

If your cat shows symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, ringworm, vomiting, sneezing, or teary eyes at any time, we will send you medicine for free (excluding shipping costs).
