Coverage
Free Medication
Within the first seven days after arrival, stress related signs such as sneezing, watery eyes, soft stool, vomiting, constipation, or mild ringworm may appear. Notify the Breeder at once and follow the care guidance we provide. Therapeutic medication is supplied free of charge.
Feline Panleukopenia (FPV)
FPV is rare but serious. If your cat is diagnosed within one year after receiving the final FVRCP dose of the first year, contact us immediately and submit a veterinarian diagnostic report. You may choose either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement cat of similar quality.
Feline Infectious Peritonitis
Within 30 days of arrival, contact us immediately. You may return the cat for free treatment or request medication at no cost. If the cat dies, we will refund the purchase price or provide a replacement. After 30 days, we will provide treatment medication for free.
Genetic Diseases
If the cat is diagnosed at any time with PRA, PKD, or ALPS, contact us and provide an official veterinary report. Upon verification, you may receive either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement cat of similar quality.
HCM
If the cat dies from confirmed HCM within one year of arrival, we provide a replacement kitten of similar quality. A licensed veterinarian diagnosis is required. We screen our breeding cats to reduce risk.
Other Health Issues
For symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, ringworm, vomiting, sneezing at any time, we will provide medication free of charge. This support does not replace emergency veterinary treatment when needed.
Boarding and Warranty Start
- If the cat cannot leave within seven days of the scheduled departure date, we will provide free boarding until a new date is arranged.
- All of our kittens and any cats from the same household may stay with us for free boarding while you are away.

How do you ensure our kitten heart health
We screen all breeding cats for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy with regular veterinary cardiology exams like echocardiography, and only pair cats that meet our health criteria.
For kittens, we include a one year HCM warranty. If a kitten passes away within one year of arrival due to confirmed HCM, we will provide a replacement of similar quality. A licensed veterinarian diagnostic report is required.
What actions can void the warranty
Forcing outdoor living, abuse or neglect, improper introduction to other animals, feeding low quality food, or failing to provide a safe, clean, stable environment during adaptation.
When does the warranty start if boarding extends beyond the scheduled leaving date
On the seventh day from the originally scheduled leaving date, inclusive. During boarding, pet insurance must be provided by the adopter.
What documents are required to support a claim
An official veterinary diagnostic report and relevant medical records. Please inform us promptly when a condition is suspected or diagnosed.
If I choose a replacement, when will it be available
Replacement depends on availability and timing. We aim to offer a kitten of similar quality, and when possible, similar sex and color.
