British Shorthairs are loved for their sturdy build, round features, dense plush coats, and calm, affectionate nature. British Longhairs share the same distinctive British type, with a longer, flowing coat that gives them an especially soft and elegant appearance.
BearMary is a TICA- and WCF-registered cattery. Our breeding cats are thoughtfully selected for health, temperament, structure, coat quality, and conformation to breed standards.
Coat & Grooming
British Shorthairs have a dense, plush coat that is relatively easy to maintain with regular brushing. British Longhairs require more frequent grooming to remove loose hair and help prevent tangles and mats.
